How We Operate

Our showrooms are in Franklin, Massachusetts, and on Rt 12A in Vermont, with clients from coast to coast.  We are not open to the public. Our showrooms are accessible only by lock key where you can accompany your customer in the selection process. You can also obtain samples/swatches for the flooring industry by appointment with one of our clerks who service the decorators and your designers.

If you are a decorator, designer, or trade professional, you can be sure we will never sell to your customer directly. We install any floor covering furnished to you. Prices are determined by proximity of our installers to your job site. We provide installers in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island and our work is GUARANTEED 100 PERCENT.

We provide our products to your job sites directly, with or without installation. All trucks maintain the signage "Floors to the Trade only." 24-hour service for immediate information.
